Our Yoga sessions offer a balanced and accessible practice focused on mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation. These classes provide a calm and supportive space to stretch, strengthen, and restore both body and mind. Yoga moves at a gentle, steady pace, allowing time to understand each posture and connect movement with breath. The intention is not performance, but awareness, helping you leave feeling more relaxed, aligned, and energized. What to Expect Each session typically includes: • Gentle warm-up and breathwork to settle the mind and prepare the body • Foundational yoga postures practiced slowly and mindfully • Modifications offered to support all experience and flexibility levels Classes focus on building flexibility, strength, and balance.
